Transcripts from the HRSDC hearings on March 24, 2005

ONESTEP and four other organizations were witnesses at the Parliamentary Committee that was set up to review HRSDC’s funding of community programs. We will send the fully translated version when it becomes available. The Committee will also be hearing from groups on April 5th. Below ONESTEP's response to HRSDC's Policy Directives are available to download.

The 10 Step Career Planning Guide

This resource contains a comprehensive and interactive web guide that will help you/your clients through 10 steps of the career planning process. The best way to step through the process is to do each section in sequence. The first five steps help the person to look inward, while the last five steps help to discover information about the world around us. The 10 sections are: values, personality, learning styles, skills, interests, options, research, connections, goals, and actions. You will need to set up a username and password to access this online guide.
