Online Resources

The Resource Library is an online searchable database of information about community-based employment and training across Ontario and beyond. Visit the ONESTEP Resource Library: www.onestep.on.ca/resource/intro.cfm Below are some recent additions:

Employing Youth Today for a Prosperous Tomorrow

The forum brought together representatives from federal, provincial and municipal governments, non-profit youth employment agencies, and business and trade associations to talk about successful models for employing youth.

The material posted online includes the morning's agenda, a summary report, a list of participants, a summary of completed evaluation forms, copies of the presentations, and links to related resources.

This forum was the second event hosted by ICE to increase job opportunities for youth. As a result of this forum, new partnerships were created between business associations/employers and the youth employment sector, leading to more jobs for youth.
